Motion Pro Compression Test Set
This Motion Pro kit contains hoses for 10, 12 and 14mm spark plug applications. Also includes a quick disconnect with pressure release valve, 300 psi gauge and a plastic carrying case.
How to use the Motion Pro Compression Test Kit:
- Bring the engine up to operating temperature.
- Remove all spark plugs (for ease of cranking)and install hose in the cylinder to be tested making sure that the o-ring seats at the spark plug sealing surface.
- Install the gauge to the hose with the quick release connection.
- With the engine on/off switch in the off position begin cranking. Fully open the throttle and continue to crank the engine over until maximum compression is indicated on the
gauge.
- Refer to your bike's service manual for maximum and minimum compression standards.
