Russell’s Cycleflex Off-Road brake lines are engineered to deliver optimum performance and reliability. Cycleflex lines feature the PowerFlex Hose Series that utilizes a Teflon inner liner supported by a rugged 308 stainless steel outer jacket. This combination ensures a lightweight assembly that withstands prolonged flexing, aging and vibration without expansion, delivering enhanced brake performance.

A section of hard tube prevents the line from fouling the wheel or fender during suspension travel. Our precision double crimp technology ensures permanent end attachment with precise alignment for ease of installation and an uncompromised fit.

All Russell Off-Road brake lines include a hard plastic tube to protect your wheel and fender.

Tech Tip: Some off-road/dual-sport bikes use a male threaded hose end to connect the front brake line to the master cylinder. The Cycleflex brake line kits for these bikes replace this male fitting with a 90° banjo in order to route the brake line closer to the handle-bar, where it is better protected from damage. The correct banjo bolt and sealing washers are included with these kits.
